The committee is also responsible for the proper operation and location of all lake fountains.   Proper care, attention to detail, response to residents concerns and careful selection of qualified contractors are but a few of the details the lakes committee deals with.  Our lakes are in fine condition and all fountains are functioning properly.

Newsletter  / Website Committee

There are 1669 units within the Berkshire Lakes complex and many residents are unable to visit the  clubhouse, where community information is generally available, nor are they able to attend board and information meetings.  The Master Association, in order to provide community relevant information to all residents, created the "Berkshire News"  a quarterly issued newsletter, which contains information on the budget, assessments, work in progress, director reports, activities and club news to name a few categories.

The editor of the newsletter is Robert (Bob) Luparello, who donates his time freely, to edit all input, format the master copy and make it ready for reproduction.  Information from the various associations within Berkshire Lakes is requested, thereby creating a more universal appeal.  If you  have information that could be put into the newsletter please contact Bob.
